What do you need to do next to recover your money?
If you would like us to start assisting you with your claim, please sign and return the LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY sent to you along with all proof of identification required. Upon receipt, we will submit your claim(s) for processing. You should receive your check in approximately 90 days.
There are no up front fees. We are not entitled to any money until you receive your check. If there is no recovery, you are not obligated to us in any manner, period. All expenses we incur during the recovery process remain our sole responsibility. After your claim has been approved a check will be sent directly to you. You have nothing to lose.
